“Celebrating the Past; Moving Forward in Faith”

After our last Gathering in May 2019, we witnessed the ripple effect of the breakthrough that the Lord had given us. Now, we want to continue to declare and celebrate what He has done.

He reminded us that 10 years ago, on September 16th 2009, the Body of Christ in Malaysia gathered together in Kota Kinabalu and built a stone altar (as seen in the flyer). As one altar and with one heart, we declared the supremacy of Jesus Christ.

In the last 10 years, as we journeyed with the Lord and with one another, we have been woven together into one fabric, each a different colour; manifesting God’s display of Malaysia as a rainbow nation to the world.

Today, we are one, as symbolised by our national flower – the hibiscus. With palm leaves, we open up the ancient doors of our land and welcome the King of Glory, Jesus Christ, to come into Malaysia.

As a country, we are now situated in a critical time. Not only do we want to protect the breakthrough God has given us, even more, continuously fan the embers of breakthrough. As a Body, we want to continue to push forward until we see complete victory and the fulfilment of God’s redemptive plan over our nation.

In this New Era of ONENESS, we will continue to lift up the banner of love and declare God-given victory over our beloved nation!

This is a new day!

“Grab” is a common and inexpensive way to get around in Kuantan. If you do not already have the Grab app in your phone, we suggest you download it before your trip, for your easy access. Taxis are also readily available at the airport.

Meals

Within walking distance of the venue, there are food courts and restaurants like Lot 66 Food Court, Restoran Tanjung Ria, and others. Berjaya Megamall and Kuantan City Mall are also nearby, which can be easily reached by calling a Grab car.

Registration

Registration Fee:
There will not be a registration fee for this Gathering. Instead, there will be an opportunity for people to sow into the Gathering expenses and the work the Lord is doing in Malaysia at this time. This sowing can be done through the offering taken at the Gathering or anytime through a bank transfer to the “Commission of Sabah Affairs” bank account. Please specify in the reference that the money is for Family Journey Malaysia.
